Patchwork Sweater 14-sw
Most SpinCraft Patterns are knit in the round, but this is a wonderful exception. The seams are the design element. Colorful contrasting stitching joins eight rectangles. Sew it together with bright colored yarn using a special stitch. Knit by hand or can be knit on a knitting machine.

Aran Cardigan/Saddle Shoulder 16-sw
Knit from the bottom up, all in one piece (no seams to sew later). Interesting cable patterns. For shoulders/sleeves cables start at the saddle shoulder and go all the way to wrist. Nice fit on the shoulder, like shoulder pads.

One Piece Blouse 18-sw
This pattern is modeled after an ancient shirt-shaping design that was used with furs and skins before the advent of weaving and knitting. It translates perfectly into our modern mediums. All you do is make a square with well-placed slits, and then fold it over for the arms. Short sleeves come to the elbow. Sometimes called the "Bog Shirt.:

Scoop Neck Sweater 19-sw
The texture pattern on this knit sweater pattern is created with a sequence of knit-purl stitches. Gusset at armpit. Sleeves are picked up and knit down to the cuff. A beautiful pattern to knit! Can fit any size.

Lace Cardigan with Saddle Shoulder 21-sw
Sweater is knit from the bottom up. Sleeves are joined at gusset. Decrease for yoke and finished in saddle shoulder. No need to shape the neck, it's like magic!

Favorite Things Sweater 24-sw
Make it with your favorite color patterns. Charts are given for llamas, skiers and dancers. Sweater starts at the bottom and is knit all in one piece. No seams to sew up later. Then you decrease for collar, sleeves are picked up and worked to wrist.

Short Sleeve to Sleeve Sweater 25-sw
Start at one sleeve, knit through the whole body of this sweater, and end up at the end of the other sleeve. Very fun to do. This sweater features a colorful band added to the waist at the end.

Field of Sheep Sweater 28-Sw
This sweater is knit from the bottom up with easy decreases for yoke. It is made all in one piece so there are no seams to sew up after you are finished. You can add as many rows of sheep as you like!

Sure to Fit Cardigan 29-Sw

Knitting Socks on Circular Needles 39so
This is an ingenious technique. Two circular needles are used to knit a tube. One half of the tube is worked off the points of one circular needle, and the other half rests on the band of the second, which has just enough bend to give the working needles the angle they need. While not really faster than knitting with four double pointed needles, this technique is certainly less intimidating to the beginning sock knitter.

Socks on Circular Needles, from the Toe Up 40so
Knitting on circular needles is perfect for a sock knit from the toe up. The advantage of this is that you can get the foot done, and then make the cuff as long or short as you like. As with any SpinCraft Pattern you can use this basic shape and add color or texture designs that strike your fancy.
